Pangea Gecko Diet with Fig & Insects

Description

The absence of bananas is perfect for geckos that don't seem to really like banana flavor foods.  By using other base fruits we were able to incorporate fig into the diet while still maintaining very low levels of Oxalic acid. We have incorporated crickets and black soldier fly larvae as the main source of protein. This formula has twice the amount of insects as our original "With Insects" formula

Pangea Fig & Insects mixes up a bit thinner than other formulas due to not having the banana as an ingredient, but the geckos seem to like this thinner mix. It can be more difficult to see lick marks so we recommend offering smaller amounts to begin with so you can see it disappear. 

Pangea will offer this formula for a few months and decide based on customer and seller feedback whether or not to make it a permanent addition to our gecko food lineup.

Directions: 

Mix 1 part powder to 2 parts water, adjust to achieve desired consistency. This mix is not as thick as our other formulas because there is no banana. Offer food daily and remove uneaten food after 24 hours. Prepared mix is good for up to 7 days if refrigerated. Open dry mix is good for 6 months at room temperature or 1 year if refrigerated.  Unopened shelf life is 2 years.  Occasional insect feedings are recommended but optional.

    We dispatch orders Monday–Thursday (excluding Bank Holidays), subject to stock availability. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours.

    Frozen Deliveries

    Frozen food orders are sent via next day delivery to keep products in the best condition possible. Frozen delivery starts from £11.99, with a minimum frozen order value of £25 (excluding delivery).

    All frozen items are carefully packed with insulation and ice packs/dry ice. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the first attempt and unpack items immediately into a freezer.

    Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship frozen items outside mainland UK, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Highlands or Islands.

    Pallet Deliveries

    Larger or delicate items may be delivered on a pallet for safe transport. The courier will contact you to arrange delivery, and someone must be available to accept it.

    Please note:

    • Delivery is curbside only
    • Pallet deliveries cannot be left unattended
    • Re-delivery charges may apply if delivery is missed
    • Please inspect items for damage before signing

    We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

    • Reported on Arrival: If a manufacturing fault is identified on arrival, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement free of charge.
    • Within 28 Days: Faults reported within 28 days of delivery are eligible for either a replacement or full refund.
