Will you ship animals via courier?

No. Depending upon your location we may personally deliver which may be for a pre agreed additional fee to cover fuel expenses . A direct door to door personal delivery is far better for the animals welfare.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Sorry, we can only deliver our products to mainland areas of the United Kingdom.

Can I return my order?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please note that exclusions do apply for live and frozen products.

How long does it take to ship?

We aim to have all orders delivered within 3-5 business days.

Can I pay online and collect in store?

Yes, you can purchase any product online and collect within 1 hour of purchase.
