Locusts
Locusts are an extremely popular source of live food, particularly amongst Bearded Dragon Keepers. Super packs are a fantastic way to get more for your money with nearly double whats in a pre pack. Care Instructions: As with all live food, it is essential they are kept healthy. Packed in bran, ensure the locusts are kept at a regular temperature of approximately 60-65F (15-18C) and away from bright light. To encourage the maximum shelf-life, empty into a smooth-sided container with a vented lid. Add broad leafed greens to provide moisture. Proper supplementation should be given prior to feeding to your reptile.

Mealworm
Mealworms are approximately 18-26mm long and are available in packs of 60g, 500g and 1kg.Mealworms are often selected for their high levels of important vitamins, fats and proteins and form part of many reptiles' balanced diet.
